Bill's Service Awards, February 23, 2013
On Saturday, February 23, 2013 at the meeting of the Sons of the American Revolution my father, Hugh Will (Bill) Barrow, Sr. received two awards. One was given as a member who had served in the military and the larger one was for serving in time of war in an active war zone. Congratulations Bill!!! We love you so very much. /hugh
