Chattooga Section IV in the Snow 1/15
What an adventure we had in freezing weather. I had to leave my truck at the top of the steep hill above the Lake Tugaloo takeout and when we had paddled through the frozen lake make take a chance to get it down to run multiple loads of people, gear, & boats up to the paved road a few miles away. Almost everyone said they would probably pass in the future under the circumstances. Hope to paddle with Rob & Susie a lot in the future. /hugh

...but getting down the rocks to the put in above the falls was difficult and treacherous!

Long Creek was not as ideal a place to stop for lunch as it is in better weather.
Above Raven's Chute we didn't know the biggest part of the adventure would be below Five Falls this day.
