Lower Gauley R., 9/20/08
After a humbling run of the Upper Yough with the Jackson Kayak guys, I camped with Dan, Dustin, Little Bill, & Matt. We set out early for a trip down the Lower Gauley and some good playboating. We ran into Emily and Eric "EJ" Jackson along with Collin, Vladamir, Jim, Scott, & Wesley. I got some great pointers from EJ who really put on a show. Dan got to spend some quality time with EJ also farther down the river. Another great day. This would turn out to be my only trip down the Lower Gauley this year. /hugh
