Upper Youghiogheny River, 9/19/08
It was my last time to paddle my classic Jackson Rocker. I met Collin, Wesley, Vladamir, Jim, & Scott in Friendsville, MD for a Gauleyfest weekend Friday trip down the upper Yough. I had done well on this river a few weeks earlier with a read&run style but today Collin knew all the right moves and guess what? I had a hard time making them. I need to practice creek boat control but at least I know it. Thanks for your patience guys! See you on the Gauley this weekend. /hugh
