Thanksgiving at Ann's, 11/22/07

It has been absolutely wonderful to all meet in Atlanta at my sister Ann's for Thanksgiving the past few years. I think this year was the best as we were able to combine families since Patty Weigel, Elyse's cool mom came. As always Ann's home is beautiful and a great place for entertaining. The food was great! Bill had a great idea and we went around the room each telling for what we were thankful this year. Lew & I were especially thankful that we had inherited Papa's (John Marvin Spruill) gene to not go bald like Bill's side of the family! In any event, after the fellowship, love, & meal, Susan & I met Patty, Elyse, and Trey in Atlanta for our marathon shopping weekend. Patty had been warned about how much we would do and was a trooper! Ron & Lori stayed in California this year and just got their wish lists to us in time. Can't wait till next year!!!
