Nolichucky R. with Lori, Dan, & Brian 7/4/07

Lori & I paddled the US National Whitewater Center yesterday & today drove to the Nolichucky River for some quality playboating. Dan brought Brian and we also saw Parker, Jay, and Kristie Cross who decided not to paddle. The water was low at 430cfs but the playspots were great. We especially liked Jaws and Twin Eddies. Murphey's Ledge was bony and we took a beating there by the rocks. It was a beautiful day to be on the river with friends. Dan said it would actually be a perfect day if Parker didn't vomit on him. Sorry Dan!
