Green River Hike with Lori 1/10/03
Lori, Susan, and Dudley spent the day looking at wedding dresses and Ron and I started moving my computer into a new case. We all had a lot of fun and I got to spend great quality time with Ron including lunch at Ikes where the world's best chili cheeze burgers are served (a Spartanburg specialty). Then Lori took Susan and I up to the Green River to hike up the "Narrows". It was a beautiful day for a family hike and one I'll never forget. We watched paddlers come down the river with elbow pads etc and get trashed. What rapids. So nice to have such a great river nearby! Then we went to one of our favorite outfitter stores Dimond Brand at the Fletcher / Mountain Home exit of I-26 in North Carolina. Then to our favorite restaraunt, Thai Taste. /Hugh /hugh
