Atlanta Beat Game, 4/12/03

We had to drive to Atlanta to order a dress for Susan to wear to Lori's wedding in August so we decided to go to a Beat game. We had not seen this professional women's soccer team in almost two years so we were excited. It also gave us a chance to listen to the newest CD in the "Left Behind Series" which is a fictitional series of books about the end of the world. What suspense!
The Beat game was at Morris Brown University. What a very pleasant place for a soccer game. We watched Maribel Dominguez score three and Homare Sawa score two in the 6-0 victory over the Boston Breakers. Briana Scurry was great in goal as always. It was 75 degrees and beautiful. A change of pace from the recent rains. /hugh
