John White Leaves Westminster Pres., 6/23/2002
On Sunday 6/23/2002 our associate pastor John White preached his last sermon on The Good Shepherd. As always, John was totally animated! This was a very moving occasion. John, Sandra, Suzanna, and Daniel will be sorely missed by their friends in Spartanburg. After eight years here they will live on their farm called Bethlehem in Kentucky. After the service our youth minister Steve Wise gave the most beautiful tribute to John. Then we were led to the fellowship hall for a covered dish lunch in their honor. We will pray for you John, Sandra, Suzanna, and Daniel. The congregation of Westminster Presbyterian Church loves you all! /hugh
