Cayman Brac Diving, 1999
Trey graduated from Auburn University and Lori graduated from Spartanburg High School last month. As promised we went on a dive trip to Cayman Brac. Trey had finished his cave diving training and his new confidence really showed on this trip. It was hot in June there but the diving was fabulous. I can't wait to go diving with Trey and Lori again!/hugh
An arrow crab at night.
I watched these juvenile fish for about 20 minutes on this small patch of coral in 10 feet the last day.

This barracuda watched me while I watched him!
A basket star on a sponge at night.

Coral polyps open at night.
A lettuce slug. How rare!

A peppermint shrimp at night.
This eel was checking me out!

The deadly scorpion fish looking at you...
...and looking at me. Glad I didn't get close!

Lots of nudibranchs on a sea fan. You have to look closely to see the show.
I focused close to my dive light and these worms were swimming around it attracted to the light.
A Christmas Tree worm.
